Patrick Kubasek joined Hardy Erich Brown & Wilson in 2018 as an associate attorney focusing his practice on insurance defense litigation. Mr. Kubasek practiced family law for several years in the Sacramento area prior to joining the team at Hardy Erich Brown & Wilson.

He earned his bachelor's degree in International Studies at the University of Washington with an emphasis in Latin American History and also received a minor in History. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Kubasek worked for several years as a firefighter in Northern California for government agencies such as National Park Service in Yosemite National Park, the U.S. Forest Service, and Cal-Fire. 

Mr. Kubasek attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law where he was a recipient of the public service scholarship, received Dean’s List honors, obtained a business law concentration, interned for a California State Senator and worked as a certified law student in the Elder and Health Law Clinic.  

Patrick volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in the Sacramento Juvenile Court. He has also served on the Placer County Family Law Executive Committee.
