L. Kent Wyatt is a partner and the chair of the firm’s Business Litigation and Transactional Department. He provides experienced counsel to business owners and executives in negotiations, litigation and transactions related to their business needs. He litigates in both state and federal courts in the areas of real estate, corporations, contracts and general business matters. His transactional practice includes the negotiating and documenting of real estate transfers, business transfers, forming business entities, preparing leases and drafting general business contracts. Mr. Wyatt also practices bankruptcy law, typically representing creditors.
