Stephen's practice consists of multiple areas of civil litigation including but not limited to general liability, professional negligence, complex business and contractual matters, public entity liability, and employment/labor conflicts.

Stephen represents private and public entities, primarily in a defense oriented capacity. He is experienced in all phases of dispute litigation and resolution including mediation, arbitration, and trial in state and federal court.
