Mr. Alley is a litigation partner with Hardy Erich Brown & Wilson. He practices in the area of products liability, negligence, construction defects and related civil litigation. Mr. Alley has a great deal of experience and expertise in trucking defense. Mr. Alley's practice is virtually statewide, with cases venued from Siskiyou County on the Oregon border to Los Angeles County in the south. The defense of trucking clients includes both insured and self insured.

Mr. Alley retired from the United States Air Force in 1989. During his 20 years in the Air Force, Mr. Alley obtained an undergraduate degree from Southwest Texas State University, Masters Degrees from Arizona State University and Arkansas State University, and his juris doctorate from Creighton University in 1984. He retired from the Judge Advocate Corps in 1989, and joined Hardy Erich Brown & Wilson in August 1989, becoming a partner in January 1996.
