Anders R. Morrison is a partner in the firm’s tort litigation department. His practice focuses mainly on representing defendants, including both insured and self-insured clients, in the areas of insurance defense, negligence, trucking defense, and business litigation.

Mr. Morrison has tried numerous cases and has presented and opposed numerous motions, including motions for summary judgment/adjudication, motions to dismiss, motions to quash, and motions to change venue. He has also participated in several appellate cases.

While in law school, Mr. Morrison was an associate editor of Washington University’s Journal of Law and Policy. Prior to relocating to California, Mr. Morrison worked as an associate attorney at Millsap & Singer, P.C., in St. Louis, Missouri.
